Enhancing the Quality of Education

Annual MCIUEF Golf Classic

By participating in the Education Foundation’s Golf Classic, you can help raise funds to enhance educational opportunities for students enrolled in schools throughout Montgomery County. The outing is held the second Monday of May each year and includes a full day of sport and activities.

Golfers are treated to breakfast, a day of golf with a shotgun start, skill contests, on-course refreshments, and an Awards Luncheon with door prizes and a silent auction. The outing also includes a putting contest, a Par 3 Shootout, a hole-in-one contest, and other skill prizes. Venues have included the beautiful and challenging courses at Blue Bell Country Club, Cedarbrook Country Club and Plymouth Country Club.

All players and sponsors are invited to participate. Sponsorships begin at $50 and include various recognition incentives.

Our Mission:

The Montgomery County Intermediate Unit Education Foundation (MCIUEF) is a broad-based, non-profit community organization, whose exclusive educational and charitable purposes are to provide programs, projects, and services to benefit the children of Montgomery County. The MCIUEF is run by a board of directors and supported by staff from the MCIU. We proudly support children of all ages with diverse needs.
